Donald R. Marinos, 57, of Donora, formerly of Belle Vernon, passed away Monday, January 17, 2011 in Forbes Regional Medical Center of Monroeville. A son of the late Robert Marinos and Frances Roth Marinos Smedley, he was born in Belle Vernon on December 18, 1953. Catholic by faith, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Survivors include his wife, Brenda Marinos, two daughters, Christina Marinos and Ashley Marinos, one son, Christopher Marinos, all at home, one brother and sister-in-law, Douglas and Lisa Marinos of Belle Vernon, his step mother, Patricia Marinos, step father, Les Smedley, two aunts and one uncle, Susan Grimes and Louis and Sue Grimes, all of Belle Vernon and two nieces, Nicole A. and Kayla E. Marinos. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Deborah Marinos on January 8, 2007. There will be no public visitation or funeral services.
