Susan Faye Rountree

Susan Faye Rountree, 60, of Fayette City, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 28, 2021 in Jefferson Hospital. A daughter of the late Keith Livingstone and Dolores Faye Livingstone who survives and resides in Fayette City, she was born in N. Charleroi on January 10, 1961. A lifelong resident of Fayette City, Susan was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Grindstone, was a Sunday school superintendent and secretary for many years at the Fayette City Alliance Church, and loved sewing quilts and gifts for her family and friends. Susan was employed by Douglas Education Center in Monessen for 17 years, retiring in 2016. She is survived by her husband, Franklin D. Rountree, one son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Chandra Weaver of Rostraver Twp., two step sons, Allyn Rountree, stationed at March A.F.B. California, and Eric Rountree of Kingsport, TN, a step daughter and her husband, Alyssa and Dan Herrell of Johnson City, TN, a brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Rose Livingstone of Fayette City, five grandchildren, Amy, Joshua, and Justin Hale, and Josiah and Seth Weaver; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
